New home sales are strong for Seaflower community in Bradenton, Florida

Bradenton, FL — (August 11, 2025) — Even with SeaFlower’s grand opening not set until later this fall and just one-third of builder model homes ready for touring, the Bradenton community is already experiencing strong buyer demand with more than 60 homes sold since sales began in May.
