Seaflower Community Home Prices Released

Prices released for 1,000 homes coming to west Bradenton

SeaFlower, a new mixed-use community in west Bradenton, is planning 1,063 single-family homes on 400 acres, with prices ranging from the $400,000s to $1.28 million. Designed to resemble a classic coastal town, all homes feature a white color palette and span 1,400 to over 3,200 square feet. According to Edward Hill, principal at Lake Flores Land Co., the residences will offer flexible, luxurious, and functional designs to accommodate various lifestyles.
