BRADENTON, Fla.—October 8, 2026 — NDC Construction has broken ground on The Fields at SeaFlower, a 362-unit apartment community within SeaFlower in West Bradenton.
The Fields at SeaFlower will offer one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartment homes designed as part of the broader SeaFlower community. Planned amenities include a clubhouse with a fitness center and yoga room, a large swimming pool and outdoor kitchen, pickleball courts, a dog park, and dedicated trailer parking for jet skis. Single-car garages will also be available for rent.
Pre-leasing is anticipated to begin in summer 2027.
