M/I Homes breaks ground at SeaFlower in Bradenton

A national builder has officially broken ground on two model homes at SeaFlower, a mixed-use community being developed in west Bradenton on more than 1,100 acres. M/I Homes is now selling townhouses and villas at the property, which previously operated as a flower farm.

“We’re thrilled to be breaking ground on our model homes in SeaFlower,” Greg Crawford, area president of M/I Homes, says in a statement. “This location is unbeatable — close to the beaches, major roadways and everything people love about coastal Florida living.”

M/I Homes will build 90 villas and 68 townhouses at SeaFlower ranging from 1,486 to 2,406 square feet, according to a statement.
