New stores coming to Seaflower Shopping Center

What’s coming to this new Bradenton shopping center?

One of Bradenton’s newest neighborhoods has several dining and shopping options minutes away from its residential community.

SeaFlower’s Village Center is the commercial development near the homes being built south of the Cortez Road West and 75th Street West intersection. Publix is anchoring the plaza, which has a planned 140,000 square feet assigned for shopping, dining and office space during SeaFlower’s first phase. On Friday, commercial realtor Casto announced the following businesses have signed leases for the Village Center:

  • Dutch Bros. Coffee
  • Whataburger
  • Playa Bowls
  • Pecan Jacks
  • Potbelly Sandwich Works
  • PacDental
  • Club Pilates
  • Well Groomed Pets
  • Glitz Nail Salon and Boutique
  • Publix and Publix Liquor
